Why We Work With Partners

MVAapply doesn't handle every accident claim on our own. When you submit your information to us, we connect you with a network of partners who help make sure your claim gets in front of the right people.

Some of our partners are law firms that may evaluate your claim directly. Others are legal marketing companies, call centers, or intake specialists who purchase or receive matched inquiries from us and follow up on our behalf to gather more information, screen your claim, and connect you with an attorney.

What a Partner Does

A partner is a company that receives your inquiry from MVAapply in order to help move your claim forward. Depending on the partner, that may involve:

• Reviewing the details you submitted to determine whether your claim may qualify for legal help
• Contacting you by phone, text, or email to gather more information, consistent with the consent you gave when you submitted your information
• Operating a call center that speaks with you directly about your accident and next steps
• Connecting you with one of the participating attorneys in our network, or, if the partner is a law firm, potentially representing you directly

Partners do not act on MVAapply's behalf once they receive your information, and MVAapply does not control, supervise, or guarantee their communications, services, or outcomes. Working with a partner does not create an attorney-client relationship with MVAapply. That relationship, if one forms, is between you and the attorney or firm you ultimately retain.
